Start by creating an energy visualization, a way to guide your unconscious in building energy in your body. Read more here.

Then learn to quiet your energy. Most practices don’t teach this technique, but it’s key for feeling another person’s energy. Read more here.

If you’re learning this with a friend, play an energy game. Get some real data on when your energy is working and when it isn’t. Learn more about how energy really feels to you. Read more here.

As you learn how energy feels to you, create a new visualization based on those sensations. Practice using that new visualization in the game. Read more here.

Meditate until you’re calm. Tune in to the energy of your brain. Template it and create a new visualization for it. Use that calming energy whenever you want to be calmer. Read more here.
